・with ice / without ice：氷入りで／氷なしで

・ice + 体の部位：（けがをした部位など）を氷で冷やす
例）Ice your ankle for twenty minutes. （足首を20分、氷で冷やしてね。）
・break the ice：（初対面などの）緊張をほぐす
